At PH360, the recipe is the same whether you are a normal person on the street or a seasoned athlete. The only thing that differs is your intensity level. We cater to all levels, as well as each individual’s specific goals. Some of our members are businessmen and women. Some are stay-at-home moms or dads. Some come to get quality cross training for their favorite sport, and some are training for their next marathon or Ironman. Regardless of who we all are, we all train to develop strong, energetic, healthy bodies and minds.

POWER HOUR 360 Sessions are high-energy, fast-paced, one-hour group training workouts. We maximize your results by hitting the full spectrum of fitness in every session.

Utilizing varied cardio intervals on the treadmill, rower and boxing bags, we keep your heart rate up to maximize your workout! Meanwhile, super-set interval resistance training targets the big muscle groups to speed up your metabolism and promote a toned and strong physique.

POWERHOUR 360 uses heart-rate zone training and calorie burning technology to track your session in real time. Your results are displayed on our overhead monitors to give you tangible evidence of your hard work.

GET FIT. 
30 minutes of Power Hour is devoted to cardio intervals: Treadmill. Rower. Boxing.

GET STRONG.
You will be pushed by the PH360 Trainers to work to your full potential every set.
Power Hour workouts are designed in timed increments, just long enough to work through the total spectrum of your target heart rate zones, building strength and speed. You are then rewarded with a recovery countdown to get you setup for your next interval. There is no time to get bored! 

GET LEAN.
30 Minutes of power hour is devoted to strength training: dumbbells. kettle bells, battle rope, slam balls, TRX, and much more.

The hard work is done in class, but the magic happens afterward as your body burns calories, tones, rebuilds and recovers throughout the rest of your day!
